I am Debra Matthews. I was born in Florida and raised as an Army brat. I have been blessed to have lived all over the United State and in Germany. I moved to California’s Kern River Valley over 40 years ago and raised my family. I have education and experience in Medical Billing, Paralegal studies and am a Notary Public.

I have been working with Harry and the Harry P. Thal insurance Agency since 2013 as Office Manager. I became a licensed Health Insurance Agent in 2017. I love helping others providing for them understanding the complexities of insurance in order for them to have a better quality of life. My job is much more than completing applications and forms. I strive to place people in the right plan, and then be available to help them understand and navigate the ”ins and outs” of the world of health insurance. Many of our clients have become like family, and we assist them with many of the confusion’s life deals them.
