I first met Harry when I had to sign up for Medicare Parts A and B. I wasn't sure of some of the options or other requirements. Harry and his staff walked me through the finer points and took care of all the paperwork and documentation necessary to comply with the law and setting up my Medicare account.
They also researched and found me a supplemental policy for more coverage at a very reasonable price. And every year, they send me a letter explaining prescription drug price and changes to my Medicare policy as per the government. I find this very helpful and understanding and making changes to my coverage.
I travel quite often out of country even during the coronavirus virus, and most countries now require travel insurance. Harry has been very good at finding me a medical insurance policy that meets the requirements of the country I'm traveling to and covers the duration of my stay in that country.
And finally, I would like to say that their service is top-notch, more so than any insurance company I've ever dealt with. Harry is always willing to talk to me on the phone when I call in, and if he's very busy he gets right back to me and even sets me up an appointment where I can come and sit down and talk one-on-one. I have recommended his services to others in the past and will continue to do so.
